Insane labour

Wow, I can’t believe what some places around  here charge to have computer work done.  Staples is probably the worst, charging $80 an hour.  $25 to install a stick of RAM.  $40 to install a hard drive.  Insane.  I hear that the guys just down the road from me charge $75 to format and re-install windows.  Un-verified though, I’ll have to call someday just to see.

And here I am only charging $20 an hour.  Usually $30 to format and re-install.  Maybe I’m the one who’s insane, charging so little when I could probably be making a lot more. Silly me, installing RAM for free as long as you buy it from me, burners and hard drives too.

    Wow that’s expensive… not you, but them. I’m glad my husband can do all that stuff. :)
