Little Gifts from Abroad

When I went to Asia, as with any trip to a foreign country, I had to bring back lots of little gifts for friends and family members. One that stands out in my mind is a Nike pocket watch I got for my brother. He can’t wear a regular wrist watch because he does a lot of work outside, working on cars and logging, things like that. The straps always get broken. I knew it was just a knockoff based on the low price, but by the time I got back home the faceplate was already cracked. Cheap glass I guess, and a good reason to always buy a known brand if you expect something to last.
