I got a couple of busted Xbox 360’s in recently, they had already been taken apart so there’s no chance of getting a free warranty replacement. As a result I have a few usable parts for sale, including 2 DVD drives ($50 each), 1 20gb hard drive ($65) and the internal fans ($15). Both systems were RROD’d so the motherboards are probably useless, haven’t ripped ‘em apart much further than that to see if anything else looks usable.
