Free Themes : Gator Byte

Getting a web host, a domain name and installing a blog is fairly easy to do. Making a custom theme requires a fairly extensive knowledge of PHP programming, something which I lack. So once I got my blogs all set up I needed a new theme. The basic one that wordpress installs is functional but very plain and boring. There’s a few places to get free wordpress themes on the internet, and while my current theme didn’t come from topwpthemes.com, they do have a lot of cool ones available.

I’ve been using this theme for almost a year now and soon it will be time to change. I haven’t decided on a new one yet, but it will remain simple and easy on the eyes. Tick Tock Tack is one option I’ve got on my list because of the greens, it fits in with the whole Gator thing we’ve always stuck with.
