Helmet Cams

When you’re doing crazy shit like skateboarding down some steps or racing a dirt bike through the woods, it’s just not possible to hold on to a video camera at the same time. In a lot of cases it’s not easy for someone else to be there next to you filming it either. One way to capture all your cool exploits on film is to get a GoPro Helmet Camera. They come in many shapes and sizes from a simple digital camera snapping stills every few seconds to a full on video camera shooting full motion footage with sound.

I laughed at first when I read that some of them are bomb proof, but then again if you smack into a tree head first you don’t want your camera to get busted.. think of all the video you’d lose. Assuming you survive of course, so always be safety minded when pulling stunts.

Crazy stunts aren’t the only use for a helmet cam though, maybe there’s some caves or abandoned buildings around to explore. What better way than to go Blair Witch style, but hands free so you can fight off those ghosts and witches and stuff… errr.. yeah, I’m a little bored and my imagination is running away from me. Anyway, there’s a lot of uses for a helment cam and they’re surprisingly affordable, some as low as $99.95!
