Jello and other Easy Stuff

In the early days after the wifes surgery she had to eat a lot of soft foods, like Jello, so for a while I was making a batch every couple of days. I’ve been digging online for recipes for other easy to make things like cookies and puddings. Not that I’ve had time to try many of them yet, but maybe soon once all the events around town are done with. Ex week is normally pretty slow for business since people are flocking to the other side of town for that.
