Customer Service in Large Companies

Large companies could certainly benefit from better customer service. A good example is my current problems with MicroSuck with getting back my red ringed XBox 360. Every time I call I get stuck with some guy or girl in a call center in India who tells me nothing more than the previous person I talked to. It’s rather frustrating to say the least.

I also hear complaints from people in my store about how they bought a computer online and when they have trouble with it the service they receive over the phone is sub par.
