Finding Money in Real Estate

There’s money in real estate, but like anything these days it’s getting harder to find. I know we’re not in a recession, not yet at least, but things are tight all around for just about everyone. There’s hope for some though, especially mortgage & real estate professionals. In these times of falling interest rates, getting a good handle on loan modification leads can provide a good revenue stream. Who wouldn’t want a lower mortgage payment? I know I’d love one, considering when my own mortgage renewed last year the payment went UP by over $100 a month. I still haven’t figured that one out.
