To Dance or Defend

Now we’re trying to decide what sort of extra-curricular activities to sign Chloe up for. Like most little girls, she loves dancing and wants to take ballet lessons. She also loves to play karate, thanks to Spongebob, so we were thinking of putting her in a martial arts class. That would have to wait til spring though since the class is out in Hebron and the next round starts in January, typically the worst weather around here.
The world is full of crazies and someday she’ll be off to college and travel and we want her to know how to protect herself. Self defense products can be dangerous to the user as well if not used properly so in the long run it’d be better to not rely on them.
