A few weeks ago I decided to create a Facebook group for the store, a few people joined, then a few more, and we eventually had 45 members. I was hoping it would have grown a little faster so I could make more use out of it for ‘free’ advertising, but we’ll get there eventually. There’s a Yarmouth Yard sale group and I hadn’t noticed anything in the rules against businesses posting on it, so I put up a post for XBox 360 games although I figured it would get deleted pretty quick anyway. That got a bit of attention for games, and even someone looking for used video cards, but as expected my post got deleted within 24 hours. The Gator Byte group is up to 59 members now though so it did help some while it lasted.
