Well damn these tankless water heaters are pretty cool. No more need to have a big, electricity sucking water heater in the basement with these things around. Powered by either propane or natural gas they can heat your tap water instantly, and keep it hot for as long as you need it. No need to worry about doing laundry before jumping in the shower, and no wasted energy keeping a traditional tank heated 24 hours a day when you really only use it for an hour or less.
