Owning your own business for 9 yrs, you think you’ve seen them all but I guess some people cannot behave even though they are people who are of decent job and come from decent background. We had someone come in to buy a router from us the other day and less than 30 mins, a family member of this “well-respected” individual in our community, first called to huff and puff that he cannot get the router working and wants to return it. That’s quite alright with us, since we know some people can be quite technically challenged but to come in and pick a fight with an 18 yrs old employee ..?? what a shame ..!! a disgrace to the “well – respected” individual of our community. You can be sure I won’t be getting any insurance quote from their company.
