On the same note about Gator Byte turning 10, it’s quite sad that only the deputy Mayor – Bryon Boudreau came in to congratulate us on turning 10. The rest of the town council and the mayor didn’t even drop in to acknowledge our presence in the community nor give us a pat on the shoulder.
So I guess you know who we will be buying a Nespresso for eh..? While they said they want revitalize the downtown, and talked about all the “great” plans they have – they cannot even be bothered to acknowledge anyones’ achievement except for themselves. How can I put my faith in these people? Are our town councilors really for the people? Or only for themselves? Once again I am wondering if we made a mistake by electing these new town councilors? Sure one of them had written to say that change takes time, but these are not changes we are asking, we are asking for them to show they care, to show they know what is happening in our community, to show some courtesy. If my grandmother was alive she would have said that these people “mo ka kua” – direct translation – never been taught well by their parents.
