Customer came in this morning and said that he had his computer fixed at the store a couple of months ago.. or was it.. “before” .. i can’t really remember.. but the way he said it .. it was meant to me anyways.. that he just had it fixed or cleaned not too long ago. Like I had bought fat burner a month ago.
Well, he continued to say .. that he wasn’t able to get into his c drive from the control panel and wanted us to teach him how. Now I really don’t mind giving free tech support, if the fella was honest.. because I can’t for the life of me… remember him.. from a few months ago. And after more probing .. he told us.. that his computer was cleaned or fixed .. a few years ago… *slap forehead*. So it’s a case of fishing for free tech support .. because he didn’t wanna pay.. or didn’t have the money to pay. Some honesty goes a long way at our store.
