I love what we are doing – I’m proud of the man who owns this store because he always takes care of his customers. Heck! we are so good, we even tell our customers where to get acne treatment one time, when this poor kid can’t get a date because of it.
But then when you get a customer calling and saying that I had told his mother that the used computer they bought from us had a lifetime warranty – because the crazy chinese woman said so.. now that really made me roll my eyes. Have you heard of selling or buying a used computer.. and having a lifetime warranty..?? Surely, if you were I .. you would be smart enough to know that it cannot be true. 10 yrs in business.. and we still get something like that.
