Systems Almost Sold OUT!

It’s only the 5th and our shelves are almost emptied because our systems are almost gone. I cannot complained of course and there are plenty of games and movies too for sale. As for computer parts, you all know we can order it within 24hrs. I just wished that DELL would get their act together .. and help my customer get her warranty transferred. We’ve done everything we could .. but DELL doesn’t want to budge nor help us out. We checked and re-checked with the seller and she insisted it was under her name for warranty .. but DELL said no. We have the laptop – we have all the numbers and it was not a stolen property – so i guess DELL is just shafting us on this. Not only are we wasting time with them constantly on the phone – we keep writing back and forth. It has come to a point that we have to just fork out money and help our customer – even though we know that the power supply is not warrantied. So the wife’s jamaica holiday with her g/fs for next year – just have to be shelved i guess – *sigh*. And as for DELL – i’m sure not gonna recommend it to my customers no more.
